Ross practices in all aspects of the commercial property market; including investment appraisals, lease negotiations, tenant rep, development site feasibility studies, design team procurement and property management; together with schedules of dilapidations and overseeing tenant fit-outs.

Bryan Walsh is an experienced commercial agency surveyor, having 12 years industry experience in the corporate sector. Bryan has acted on behalf of both landlords and tenants alike for multiple asset classes; including Hines Real Estate Ireland, the Irish Rugby Union Players Association, Green REIT Plc. and Tetrarch Capital.

Bryan also specialises in retail rent reviews, lease surrenders, renewals and re-gearing; site appraisals, project management, specification and floor plate design and coordinating marketing strategies.
